We cannot guarantee ship time to Hawaii, Alaska or to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email from us with the tracking information once the package is on its way to you! Please follow the link provided to track your order.

Your order may have multiple tracking numbers as items may be shipped out from different warehouses based on stock availability.

WRONG ADDRESS

We know mistakes do happen! Please email us immediately! We can only fix this for you if the order has not been shipped out yet.

However, if the order has already been dispatched, we kindly ask for you to contact the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address provided and cannot offer a refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered. We do recommend checking with your local post office and neighbors for missing packages.
