RETURNS + EXCHANGES
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love our products!
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following condition:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with hangtags still attached, and in the original poly bag with sku sticker.
- Items must be shipped out (or postmarked) within 30-day of receiving your order.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
It is required to email us at hello@morrowandmint.com with your order number to initiate the return process. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the instructions and return address.
- The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Please return the package with a valid tracking number and keep the proof/receipt of postage for your personal insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
- We reserve the right to reject returns: 1) not communicated to us, 2) sent or communicated beyond the 30-day return period limit, or 3) items which are not in their original condition, including any damages during shipping.
RETURN PROCESSING
Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive to process your return items for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
EXCHANGES
We want you to wear a well-fitted bra and feel amazing like you are! We may process an exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with hangtags still attached, and in the original poly bag with sku sticker.

Shipped out (or postmarked) within one week of exchange request.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Email us at hello@morrowandmint.com with your 1) order number and 2) exchange request.
- Return the item(s) to our warehouse per our instructions.
- Once our warehouse team receives the qualified returned item(s), we will mail out the exchanged items to you.
NOTES:
- The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost.
- MORROW+MINT is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. It is suggested to return the package with a valid tracking number and obtainable proof of delivery.
- We reserve the right to reject items that are not in their original condition, including any damages occurred during delivery.
- Free exchange available once per order.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
Oh no! We're deeply sorry about the mistake! Please contact us and we will do our best to make this right!
Note: This must be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.
