Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By applying for the MORROW+MINT Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any MORROW+MINT Affiliate Program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

Payment

As an Affiliate, you will earn a 10% commission on the total order value (net value) spent by someone using your referral link or code. This commission is calculated after shipping costs and any discounts applied. These dollar values are set to the region the Affiliate resides; therefore, if based in the United States, for every USD $10 spent (net value), you will earn USD $1.

You will only receive payment for orders that have been successful once they’ve passed the 30-day returns period. Commissions are paid out 45 days after a purchase is made. No earnings will be received on returned or canceled orders. If exchanges have been made to orders, the credit approval time will extend an additional 45 days.

An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum of $25. Payments can be requested every 30 days and will be paid out via PayPal.

Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the MORROW+MINT Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks or offers, defamatory content, etc.).
  • Spamming (unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing MORROW+MINT).
  • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
  • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
  • Misrepresenting the relationship between the Affiliate and MORROW+MINT.
  • Supplying the Affiliate’s member-specific code or link directly to coupon sites.

In addition to the foregoing, MORROW+MINT reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.

Affiliate Links

The Affiliate may use both the referral code and link supplied on their website, social media accounts, email messages, and wherever the Affiliate connects with their audience. The Affiliate may create their own creatives to accompany the supplied link and code as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions stated in the Termination section.

Liability

MORROW+MINT will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the MORROW+MINT Affiliate Program and/or to our website(s).

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts located in Hong Kong.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MORROW+MINT and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Electronic Signatures Effective

This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the MORROW+MINT Affiliate Program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the MORROW+MINT application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
