The tracking information may take up to 5-10 business days to be updated in the system. If after 10 days, you are still not seeing any status update, please contact us and we'd love to check for you internally.

However, if the order has already been dispatched, we kindly ask for you to contact the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.
